as part of the Clerkenwell Design Festival 2011, Yelp asked for proposals for their London offices to make their interior more 'Yelpy'.
taking the concept of the user posted reviews as inspiration, we created an interior proposal dominated by the very reviews themselves - a series of scrap veneer pieces rescued from the waste stream and covered with handwritten real reviews from the Yelp website.
these spread from both doors into the offices, hanging from the ceiling and combining to create a timber and script wall cladding - a real Yelp 'skin'.
further branding is reinforced with increased Yelp brand colouring and a backlit wall logo feature. |
